1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee
Lakeview Plumbing & Drain Services stands behind the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 7 days, and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A full or partial refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
- The service was not performed due to our scheduling error or inability to complete the job through no fault of the customer.
- A demonstrable defect in workmanship persists after reasonable attempts to correct it.
- We charged for services not agreed to in the written estimate without your prior approval.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds generally do not apply in these situations:
- Change of mind after work is completed.
- Issues caused by pre-existing plumbing conditions unrelated to our work.
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow our maintenance advice.
- Delay due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, supply chain, or customer's unavailability).
4. Emergency Dispatch Fees
The emergency dispatch fee covers our immediate response and diagnosis. This fee is non-refundable once our plumber arrives on-site and begins the assessment, even if you subsequently decline the repair work.
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. Provide your name, service address, invoice number, and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will review your request within 5 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Cash payments will be refunded by check mailed to the service address.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
