Labor Warranty — 1 Year

All workmanship is warranted for one full year from the date of service. If an issue arises due to our installation or repair, we'll return and correct it at no charge.

Manufacturer Warranties on Parts

Toilets, faucets, water heaters, and other fixtures come with a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 1 year to a lifetime depending on the brand. We'll help you process any claims.

Drain Cleaning Guarantee

For drain cleaning services, we guarantee the cleared drain for 90 days. If the same clog recurs within that period, we'll return and clear it again at no additional cost.

Toilet Replacement Guarantee

We guarantee that your new toilet will be free from installation defects for 1 year. Leaks, loose connections, or faulty workmanship will be addressed immediately.

Emergency Service Follow-Up

If a temporary repair was made during an emergency visit, we'll schedule a follow-up at a convenient time to complete any permanent fix — with warranty coverage extending to that work.

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance after our service.
• Clogs caused by foreign objects flushed after our drain cleaning.
• Pre-existing conditions not related to our work and disclosed before service.
• Normal wear and tear on fixtures or pipes after the warranty period.
• Work performed by other contractors after our service date.
